David Guerra is an established leader at
the forefront of the banking industry who currently serves as
president and CEO of International Bank of Commerce (IBC)-McAllen.
He oversees numerous bank branches in McAllen, Mission, Higaldo,
Edinburg, Pharr, San Juan, Alamo and Weslaco, Texas.
Guerra also serves as a director of International Bank of Commerce-Laredo
and IBC’s multi-bank financial holding company -- International
Bancshares Corporation -- the largest banking institution headquartered
