TECEC

Located just one block from the Texas capitol, CDF Austin is home to the Texas Early Childhood Education Coalition (TECEC).

The Coalition works to develop and promote policies addressing the early education and Pre-K needs of low-income children, through age 5.

TECEC's mission is to build a system of quality early care and education that prepares children in Texas for success in their education and in life.

TECEC is comprised of 160 member-organizations and is spearheaded by 3 very dedicated staff.
