On March 14th, Children's Defense Fund, the University of Houston Center for Children, Law & Policy and over 700 advocates from across the state gathered for a Texas Summit to identify effective strategies to dismantle the Pipeline. CDF President Marian Wright Edelman delivered a stirring keynote address.
