Youth Development Coalition (aka Effective Educational,
Social, and Emotional Youth Development Coalition) will address
how to dismantle the Pipeline through effective educational
(post pre-K), social, and emotional youth development.
Youth Advisory Coalition will be composed of youth
(ages 16 – 21) or those who work closely with youth, to
provide feedback and input to the recommendations developed
in the other coalitions.
