Kelli King-Jackson
Texas Director of Outreach

Kelli King-Jackson has expertise in community outreach and youth leadership. She brings more than 10 years of experience developing partnerships between families, schools, nonprofits and businesses. Currently serving as director of outreach for Children’s Defense Fund Texas (CDF), Kelli has brought passion and accomplishment to this state by leading an award winning partnership that has assisted families more than 35,000 uninsured children with health insurance. CDF is the foremost national proponent of policies and programs that provide children access to health care, quality education, and a moral and spiritual foundation.

Kelli has delivered presentations on successful outreach and partnership strategies to national, state, and local audiences. She has presented to audiences at One Church One Child, Families USA, Texas Juvenile Probation Commission and Texas Association of School Administrator’s conferences.

Kelli believes that “a healthy community includes responsive, strategic partnerships between individuals, businesses and schools. No one group can create productive citizens alone.” With this end in mind, Kelli has made it her life’s work to help develop innovative outreach and partnership models that effectively service local communities.
