Cecilia Joseph is Director of Operations, serving as the statewide
Human Resources Manager, statewide Finance Manager and statewide
Office Manager for CDF Texas.
Cecilia has extensive experience in financial management. From
July 1995 through January 2001, she served as an Assistant Vice
President and Trust Officer with JPMorgan Chase. She managed
a staff of ten and administered money market funds for 100,000
people and trust accounts for both New York and Texas offices.
She retired from that position when her son suffered a stroke
and required her full attention.
Currently, she also leads outreach efforts to low and moderate
income families as well as families with disabilities targeted
for the Earned Income Tax and
Child Tax Credits. She has developed a solid partnership
with the Internal Revenue Service and the Houston Asset Building
Coalition and is often called upon to give presentations and
benefits outreach on their behalf.
Cecilia received her B.A. in Communication and Psychology
from Oakland University at Rochester, Michigan. |
