On April 27, 2011, CDF-Texas will celebrate its second annual Beat the Odds awards in Dallas at the Frontiers of Flight Museum. The luncheon recognizes the achievements of seven outstanding high school seniors who will each receive college scholarships. CDF-Texas advisory board member Sara Palisi Chapin will again chair the event together with honorary co-chairs Pat and Emmitt Smith.
