If so, we can help you apply or renew health coverage in CHIP or Children's Medicaid for your child!

Who: Families raising children who are US Citizens, Legal Permanent Residents or Refugees parents do not have be US Citizens)

When: Saturday, March 26^th from 10am - 2pm

Where: Hastings Ninth Grade Center, 6750 Cook Road (77072)

What to bring: Yourself! And copies of the following documents to complete your paperwork onsite:  Recent Pay Stubs, SSI, Child Support, or Tax Returns; Child's Birth Certificate; Copy of child care expenses (if applicable)

Help will be available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese!

Surprise vendors and giveaways will be available for the first 50 children who apply!
